Not at all. All activities are designed to welcome complete beginners. Our certified instructors will guide you step by step. The only requirement is an open mind and a desire to try something new.
Absolutely. The retreat is designed with solo female travelers in mind. All accommodations, activities, and tours are private and secure. You'll be surrounded by a trusted group of women the entire time.
Only your flights to and from Costa Rica. Everything else — accommodation, meals, all activities, workshops, transfers, and tours — is included in your investment.
We keep the group intentionally small to ensure a personal, high-quality experience. This means limited spots — and once they're gone, they're gone.
Activities are conducted in both Spanish and English. All instructors are bilingual so everyone feels comfortable and included.
